Wedding Preparation

Confirm Wedding Day transportation for the Couple
The Rehearsal

Attend and direct the wedding rehearsal the day prior

Coordinate the bridal party and family entrance

Briefly review the ceremony to ensure any “movement” within the ceremony is known

Ensuring everyone feels comfortable to prevent day of jitters

Review important times with all those in attendance
The Big Day

1 Coordinator and 1 Assistant onsite all day

Coordinate and manage all members of the Bridal party

Oversee and manage all reception and ceremony site setup

Manage all wedding guests

Tend to all Couples needs throughout the day

Orchestrate ceremony

Manage all onsite vendors; setup, takedown, arrival and departure

Coordinate timing with all vendors throughout the day

Help pin on boutonnieres/corsages

Assist in bustling the bride’s dress

Distribute gratuities based on ACTUAL performance not on any expectations

Oversee proper implementation of the floor plan

Adding that Special Touch
Umbrella Rentals – $30 for 10 umbrellas​
Additional Meetings – $140 per meeting
Setup and Take Down Staff – $23/hour per staff member
Guest Welcome Bags – $100 for 10 bags
Additional Information
Based on availability and upon request, the coordinator and/or assistant can setup a limited number of items
For 151 - 250 guest counts, an additional $350 will be applied to the package price
For 251 guest counts or more, price to be discussed
